Why us? I am a firm believer in the quote "choose a job you love and you will never work a day in your life". This job is so much fun and no two days are the same. I want you to have a work place you don't dread going to on Sunday nights. I want you to experience the indescribable feeling you get from teaching a child how to do something that will make their life easier or more enriching. I want you to feel valued and supported throughout your career with us. If this sounds like a place you want to be a part of, check out our different positions.
List of Services

Behavior TechnicianList Item 1
As a Behavior Technician, you'll be responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with Autism in a one-on-one setting. Using the treatment and behavior plan set up by the BCBA, you'll assist these children in learning different skills (e.g., communicating, matching, labeling, eating, toileting, playing, etc.). Each child will have a schedule for their day that you'll follow and will include: teaching through play, structured table learning, daily self-care routines, and mock classroom activities. Each child's schedule and expectations will look different as all of our programming is individualized. Your daily schedule will be comprised of sessions with different children to break up your day. You will receive on-going training and support from your supervising BCBA.
Requirements: You must have a high school diploma, be able to pass a background check, feel comfortable moving around to play and interact for 30-60 minutes at a time, and be able to attend to client safety at all times.

Registered Behavior TechnicianList Item 2
Just like a Behavior Technician, you'll be responsible for providing ABA therapy to children with Autism in a 1:1 setting. It will mirror exactly what you do as a BT but your treatment techniques and behavior management skills will be further developed by your supervising BCBA. You will receive supervision and training to meet the requirements from the BACB.
Requirements:
You must have a valid RBT certification from the BACB, a high school diploma, be able to pass a background check, feel comfortable moving around to play and interact for 30-60 minutes at a time, be able to attend to client safety at all times, and uphold the BACB's Code of Ethics.

BCBAList Item 3
As a BCBA, you will conduct initial assessments and caregiver interviews to develop initial treatment plans. You will oversee client treatment, staff training, and family training sessions for your caseload. To ensure consistency, you will collaborate with all other providers working with your clients. Because all BCBAs have different levels of experience and areas of expertise, you will participate in collaboration meetings with our other BCBAs. To assist in maintaining client treatment hours, you will be expected to fill in some 1:1 hours when there are cancellations (not at the expense of being able to keep up with your typical job requirements). You'll also become a leader within our company, modeling our core values and developing them within others.
Requirements:
You must have a valid BCBA certification through the BACB, be able to pass a background check, and maintain all requirements set by the BACB.
